About SkillBonds
The professional network for education
SkillBonds brings schools, colleges, coaching centres, teachers, staff and parents together in one trusted place - to hire the right people, to find the right job, and to stay close to the institutes that matter to you.
Why we built SkillBonds
Hiring in education still runs on word of mouth, forwarded messages and notice boards. Institutes struggle to find good teachers quickly, and good teachers struggle to be seen - a paper resume cannot show how someone actually teaches.
We built SkillBonds to change that: a place made only for education, where institutes are verified, teachers can show their teaching with short demo videos, and everyone can connect with confidence.
Our mission: help every institute find the right people, and every teacher find the right place.

How it works

Institutes get verified with their registration documents. Teachers add their experience, qualifications and demo videos.

Safe and trusted by design
- Verified institutes. We check an institute's registration documents before it gets the verified badge.
- Your contact details stay private. Your phone number and email are shown to an institute only when you agree.
- No student data. SkillBonds is for adults - we do not collect information about children.
- Free to join. Creating a profile, posting jobs and applying cost nothing.
