Community Guidelines

SkillBonds is a professional community for education. These guidelines help keep it safe and useful for everyone. Breaking them can lead to content being removed or an account being suspended.

Be respectful

Disagree politely. No abuse, insults, threats or harassment - in any language. Posts, comments and messages with abusive words are blocked automatically.

Be honest

Use your real name and true details. Institutes post only real jobs with honest pay and details. Do not copy other people's work or claims.

Never ask for money for a job

No fees for applications, interviews, training or "registration". If anyone asks you for money, report them.

Hire fairly

Do not exclude candidates because of religion, caste, gender, disability or similar reasons where the law does not allow it.

Protect students

• Share pictures or videos showing students only with permission from the school and their parents.
• Never post students' personal details, marks of individual students, or anything that identifies a child without permission.
• SkillBonds is for adults; do not use it to contact children.

Keep private things private

Do not share other people's phone numbers, documents or messages without their permission. Never share sign-in codes or bank details in a chat.

No spam or scams

No repeated promotional posts, chain messages, misleading links or attempts to collect people's data.
